Paste items from the clipboars

Pasting text is the action used most. Clipboard Master offers several ways to paste text.

Paste text:

Paste any text:

• Call Clipboard Master (e.g. with 'Windows' + 'V'), select item with the cursor keys and press 'Return'.
• With the mouse:  Call Clipboard Master (e.g. with 'Windows' + 'V') and click at an item
• Via the tray icons context menu: click at the Tray Icon select the appropriate clipboard and then click the appropriate item.

Paste n-th element:

• Call Clipboard Master (e.g. with 'Windows' + 'V') and press '1' ... '9'
• Press AltGr + n, (n=1...5), or press Ctrl + Alt + n
  You can change these key combinations in the Settings

Paste several items at once:

1. Call Clipboard Master (e.g. with 'Windows' + 'V')
2. Select the elements you want to paste
3. Press 'Return'
   The elements are pasted with a new line separated. You can define in the properties of tghe clipboard to use a Tab.
   To have a tab, a comma, a semicolon or a user definded separator use 'Paste Special' in the context menu (F11).
   Or just press the accornig key (Clipboard Master 2.0 or newer).

Paste part of a text:

1. Call Clipboard Master (e.g. with 'Windows' + 'V')
2. In case the preview is not shown press 'F8'
3. Select the text you want to paste in the preview and poress 'Return'

Paste as HTMl code:

1. Call Clipboard Master (e.g. with 'Windows' + 'V')
   
2. Select the element(s) to be pasted
3. Press Ctrl + H to paste as HTML code, e.g. space and special characters aree converted

Paste URLs shortened:

1. Call Clipboard Master (e.g. with 'Windows' + 'V')
2. Select the URL to be pasted
3. Press Ctrl + U or use the context menu

E.g. instead of

http://urly.de/834be 
is pasted.

You can press AltGr + U any time and the last recently added URL will be pasted shortened.

You can select the service for URL shortening in the settings.
